The majority of strength routines focus on concentric and isometric/static contractions.  Those familiar with gym or fitness center strength training mostly utilize concentric exercise.

At MyoZone, we utilize all 3 aspects of muscle contraction but we specializes in eccentric loading.  We have the ONLY system in Jacksonville that provides true eccentric resistance/loading  capable of delivering a therapeutic level of resistance during BOTH the concentric phase and the more beneficial eccentric phase.
